A Dream-to-Work platform that turns a quiet idea in someone's head into a clear path discovered, measured, planned, walked, achieved, and (optionally) earned. The MVP serves the first 50 founding residents for free.

## What the platform does

1. **Dream Test (free)** a 7-minute reflection that scores the dream, the field, the "why", and where the idea came from. Outputs a Dream Score: "you are 27% of the way there".
2. **Dream Profile** level (Explorer → Ready), biggest gap, strongest point, first concrete step.
3. **5 Levels (+ optional 6th)**:
   - **L1 Discover** what do I really want?
   - **L2 Define** does it fit me? what does it require?
   - **L3 Plan** turn the dream into a Roadmap
   - **L4 Act** Tasks + deadlines + Mentor
   - **L5 Achieve** measure outcomes + open real doors
   - **L6 Earn** (optional) turn the skill into income / career
4. **AI Dream Manager** not a chatbot. Trained on the user's own data (test, goals, level, skills, tasks, mentor session notes, progress over time). 5 roles: analyse, diagnose, plan, follow up, adapt.
5. **Human Mentors** three kinds, matched by goal:
   - **Career Mentor** Marketing, Fashion, Film, Design, Photography, Content, Entrepreneurship, …
   - **Coach** commitment, goals, blockers, decisions, mindset, accountability
   - **Expert / Consultant** hands-on industry experience
6. **Mentor Dashboard** Goal · Stage · Roadmap · Last Tasks · Progress · Blockers · Session Notes · AI Suggestions · Next call.

- **Paid Levels** unlock AI roadmap, mentor matching, weekly check-ins
- **Single Mentor Session** one-off live coaching
- **Multi-session bundles** monthly / quarterly
- **Premium / Intensive Mentorship** full program
- **Commitment Deposit (planned)** Subscription + small deposit that is refunded/credited if the user completes their tasks (designed to incentivise follow-through, not punish)
- **Founding cohort discount** permanent, for the first 50 residents
